Training can be a key to success of an organization. Investing in improving the team members promote their qualification, aligning them to the company’s culture and developing skills that meet the expectations of the organization.
Its thinking about continuous development of its team that U&M built at its headquarters U&M Training Center (U&M University), a place designed and developed to assist employee’s learning. The structure can hold up to 70 people and can be split in two with movable partitions, holding up to 35 people in each room. The structure is air conditioned, has a sound system, projectors, data show and video conference system.
The first training session was conducted at the new training center in June 2019. A tremendous success!
Participants praised the structure and stated that it is easier to concentrate and focus on what is being explained by the instructor, given that the environment is conducive for learning.
In November 2020, U&M received from the RIOGaleão Cargo Airport, the Certificate of the most efficient company in the Logistics Efficiency Program for imports in 2019.
